Enthaily Wholesale Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all dealings that you, the customer, may have with Enthaily Wholesale .

Enthaily Wholesale reserves the right to change, alter or update these Terms of Service at any time without notice.

Enthaily Wholesale only sells and ships to addresses within Australia.

Placing your order

When you place your order and payment is made, we agree to supply you with the goods that you have ordered.
At all times Enthaily Wholesale undertakes to maintain a sufficient level of stock to meet all orders.

However, if the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you by email to let you know when the items will be re-stocked and shipped to you.

Paying for your order
Payments are accepted via Paypal or by direct bank transfer.
Stock for your order will be placed aside pending receipt of payment.
Please don't place an order if you have no intention of completing payment for same within a few days.


Postage & Handling Fee
This will be advised when we contact you to confirm your order.

Items supplied
The items that Enthaily Wholesale supply will be the items that you have ordered. All items supplied by Enthaily Wholesale are in good condition. If you find that when you receive the item it has been damaged in transit then please contact us immediately – please retain damaged packaging.

All items will be well packed by us and shipped by Australia Post to the address indicated in your order. We are unable to ship any items to an address other than the one confirmed when you paid for the goods.

Our Liability
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.

Exclusions Enthaily Wholesale will not be liable for any delay in performing any of our obligations under these terms if the delay was caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Returns Policy

Goods found to have manufacturing defects must be reported within 2 days of receipt of parcel & photographic evidence provided. They will be replaced free of charge.

Although we do not accept returns & issue refunds if you change your mind or order incorrectly, we are happy to exchange an item for another of the same value if you send us the item back in original unopened cellophane packaging & ensure the item is adequately bubble wrapped for protection if it is a 3-dimensional product.

Enthaily Wholesale can not accept any liability for damage or loss of goods returned to us whilst in transit. Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused. We recommend that returned goods are sent by Registered Mail & tracking reference + date of postage advised.
