Postage & Delivery Info

PAYMENT POSTAGE & DELIVERY INFORMATION

PAYMENT: We accept payment via PAYPAL or direct bank transfer & will advise these payment option details after receipt of your order.

POSTAGE: Payable by the purchaser. To offer the best pricing for postage, we will advise the amount asap after your order is received … no computer program can do this for each individual’s combination of products chosen from our diverse range. An Invoice including postage will be sent along with payment option details.

Amount charged for postage will depend on the bulk & weight of order in accordance with rates charged by Australia Post + a small fee for packing expenses etc.
Orders of up to 3 small flat packed items will be sent “large letter rate” & tracking is not included
Orders of larger sized or 4 to 6 small flat packed items, or such orders that exceed $15.00 in value, will be sent by Registered Mail – this incurs a small additional fee & includes tracking + insurance.
Orders of 3-dimensional type products, bulky packs or orders of more than 6 flat packed items, will be posted in Australia Post satchels – tracking numbers will be provided for all these parcels. If such orders exceed $15 in value, a small fee for insurance will be included.
Payment of the fee for insurance provides the means to make a claim against Australia Post if your parcel is damaged or lost in transit.

EXPRESS POST: Please advise if you would like your parcel sent by Express Post. NEXT WORKING DAY delivery is available for capital cities & many places in the Eastern States of Australia if payment for order is confirmed by 10am on any week day. For all other places, Express Post will take a minimum of 2 working days. Additional charges apply for Express Post.
After the posting of your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for LOSS OR DAMAGE caused by Australia Post.

DELIVERY: All stock listed is warehoused at our base in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland Qld, ready to send to you. Turnaround for orders is mostly within 1 business day of confirmation of payment – your order will be forwarded through Australia Post. We will confirm when payment has been received & parcel is posted. The status of orders can be checked by logging into your account at any time.
